Return policies vary by product:

Books

  • Returns must be requested within fourteen days of delivery. Request a return using the contact information displayed on the packing slip within your order. 
  • Books will be inspected upon receipt, and must be in new unused condition, without any wear to any of the pages. If applicable, your return shipment must include slipcase(s) and gift packaging. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs charged for the original shipment are non-refundable.
  • If the book is in new and unused condition, a refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method. A ten percent inspection and restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. 
  • Return shipments of books that are not in original and new condition will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer only at their expense.

  • The entire petitart collection has been retired, and remaining inventory is being offered at reduced prices.
  • As a result, all petitart sales are final and non-refundable. 

Wall Art (In Stock Pieces)

  • Returns must be requested within ten days of delivery. Request a return using the contact information displayed on the packing slip within your order. 
  • If the item is received by the customer in damaged or defective condition, this must be reported within twenty-four hours of delivery. Photo/video documentation of the shipping container and the art will be required. Damaged/defective pieces will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the same shipping materials and service used for the original shipment must be used for the return shipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returned pieces will be inspected upon receipt, and must be in mint, original condition. There cannot be any wear to any portion of the piece, including the frame. 
  • If the piece is received in new and mint condition, a refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method. A ten percent inspection and restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • Return shipments of pieces that are not in new and mint condition will not be refunded, and customer will be responsible for arranging collection of the piece within ten days. 

Wall Art (Bespoke Orders)

  • Bespoke orders are not returnable or refundable. 
  • If the item is received by the customer in damaged or defective condition, this must be reported within twenty-four hours of delivery. Photo/video documentation of the shipping container and the art will be required. Damaged/defective pieces will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
