Craig was the gentlest of giants—a true ambassador for not only African elephants, but for all wild creatures and places. Craig, one of the last great super tuskers, sadly passed away on January 3, 2026, at the impressive age of 54.
Zach Jones was fortunate to spend three days with Craig in the spring of 2025. These moments will be forever cherished and never taken for granted. Zach dedicated an entire chapter to Craig in his book, Exploring Creation: African Safari.
This capture has been designated by Zach as a Conservation Edition, meaning that it is being offered at a highly accessible purchase price, and that 20% ($200) of the purchase will be donated in the collector's honor to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (see below for more information about this beneficiary).
